This simple but effective wooden device does exactly as the name suggests, keeping a man on his knees. It is clamped around the balls almost like a ball stretcher or ball shackle and screwed tight. Then with the man in a kneeling position the humbler is passed between the legs and fitted behind the thighs.
You now have your man effectively trapped and in a very vulnerable position, all you needed are some nice weighted nipple clamps and an Electro plug inserted so he is unable to squirm when you turn it up a little!
